CopyCleaners is located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada - part of the Greater Vancouver Region. CopyCleaners is operated by Cipko Consulting Ltd.

Paul has degrees in journalism and education, and began working toward an MA in Professional Communication at Royal Roads University in autumn 2005. He's edited for newspapers and financial news services, written columns and articles, and taught ESL. After nearly a decade of freelance writing, editing, and teaching in Tokyo, Japan, he established a company with a partner, offering language training and editing services. Eventually Paul sold the company to his partner and returned to journalism, spending several years at Nikkei and Bloomberg in Tokyo, before moving back to Canada in 1999.
